Terms of Service
Demo and payment
Free demo before you pay. A 50% deposit on the setup fee starts the build. The balance is due at launch. Recurring services are billed on the 1st of each month and invoices are due on receipt.
Initial term and cancellation
The term length depends on the selected plan. Agent plans start with a 6-month term. Core and Growth plans start with 12 months. After that, cancel any time with 30 days notice.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mile Marker Media LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Total liability is limited to fees paid for the affected service.
